Carol was a presenter and taught the yoga classes. Ann Fonfa, founder and president of The Annie Appleseed Project met Carol many years ago when they were both active volunteers and participants at SHARE. "Of all of the holistic presentations and cancer conferences I have attended in the past 12 years, your conference, by far, has been the best! Everything was well organized and appeared flawless. The timing of each phase of the event was perfect and energetically beneficial, including speaker presentations, snack & exhibitor breaks and meals. Either you, Mr. Appleseed, a volunteer or the hotel staff was there to fully help out or promptly answer any question we had. Exhibitors were well informed in all aspects of their products, and went the extra mile to explain and demonstrate to those of us who questioned each ingredient or were skeptical about the energetic processes used! Speakers offered scientific as well as "from the heart" and personal experiences which enabled us to take medical and scientific knowledge and philosophy back into the practicality of our daily lives. The lunch meals were among the best I've made myself or eaten, subtly flavored and nutritiously delicious. They even surpassed some of the best holistic and vegan places I frequent in NYC! This conference will keep us sustained until next year, motivating and empowering each of us with the work and the gifts that we are all here on this planet at this time to offer, in reaching out to other like minded individuals, and to those who are new to this amazing, accessible and affordable natural path of health and healing.
