From Dr. Douwes: "As you might not know, we press our flaxseed oil freshly every day. Usually we press about 3,0 liters daily. We seal it in dark brown bottles and not in green, and it it is always refrigerated. The flaxseed are freshly ground every morning, and if not used up are given to our pigs. I think we have the best flaxseed oil in the world because it comes directly from the mill. So I think there should be no concerns about carcinogens.
