Breast Cancer Tissue Proliferation In Vivo
We are studying Revival's effects on cancerous breast tissue in newly
diagnosed breast cancer patients in a study directed by Dr. William Dooley.
Newly diagnosed women immediately start Revival until time of their
surgery, typically 2 to 4 weeks. After surgery, cancerous tissue before
taking Revival (from the biopsy done at time of diagnosis) is being
compared to cancerous tissue after taking Revival (from the surgery).
Using
sophisticated measurement techniques, we hope to see a reduction in the
growth rate of the cancer cells. This would mean that the cancer is growing
much slower than normal, which would greatly increase the chance of
survival for these patients.
